Tri-County Bible Church is congregationally governed. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the head of the church. We believe that the Lord Jesus leads His church through the decisions of the entire congregation of local believers who are bound by an expressed commitment to each other. We believe that it is the congregation's responsibility to elect qualified men to serve as elders and deacons: the elders are responsible for overseeing the flock, while the deacons serve the congregation and the elders by overseeing church ministry projects.
